Growing up in the old Lipa City, one my best palengke memory is eating hot mami and siopao ni ka Nene after a tiring palengke tour with my lola, or after attending the earliest Sunday mass at Lipa Cathedral. I have always wondered where they get their noodles because it's kinda different from other mami that i have tasted anywhere.
Definitely one of the best in Lipa City, Nene's Mami and Siopao. Located within the public market, you'll surely love their "pares" (which means mami and siopao order).
