Rosario Batangas served as venue of the recently concluded Mr. World Noble King 2023 held on January 22, 2023. Supported Mayor Leovy K. Morpe and Vice Mayor Atanacio Zara, georgeous male candidates from different parts of the world vie for various titles during the Grand Coronation held at Rosario Cultural and Sports Complex. Prior to the main competition, a motorcade was held and candidates also visited various places in town including Rosario Resort and Hotel, Tan-Wanam Restaurant, Antonio’s Kitchen, Louie and Chit Restaurant and Event Center, Matinlu Resort and Hotel, in coordination with Sangguniang Bayan Tourism headed by Ms. Emy Catigbak.
| Rirrucham Kashyap (RC Kashyap) from Calaca City was crowned as Mr. International Noble King 2023. He also won the Best in Swimwear Award. RC who is a Filipino-Indian model and an active Batangueno youth previously won titles in other pageants including Mr Pilipinas Rotaract Convention '22 and Lakan ng Kabataang Batangueño '22.  | Mr. World Noble King 2023 was presented by MegaStar Production.
